@Quaddess_ You should shoot for 200-400 under what you’re burning a day. I’d say your metabolic rate is probably in the 1400 range. So if you want to eat 2200 calories. You’re going to have to burn atleast 1,000 active calories to very slowly lose weight

@eefiala I’m all for more extensive background checks. I’m a law abiding citizen it doesn’t effect me...but disarming your law abiding citizens isn’t the answer. Atleast right now it’s trackable who has what guns and where. Disarm the population, then it’s all black market. Untraceable
