The Central Galactic Sun and Pranic Sustenance
The Central Galactic Sun is a vast hyper-dimensional blue star existing at the centre of the Galaxy and is a gateway for an otherworldly energy that originates beyond ordinary reality and space-time. Every year in December our own Sun crosses the Galactic Plane and aligns with the constellation of Sagittarius with the strongest alignment happening around the Winter Solstice (December 21st).
The effects are perceivable from 3-4 weeks either side leaving a 7-8 week window for integrating the energy into ones awareness, when the Sun moves out of alignment, one spends the next year assimilating and integrating ready for the next alignment.
The energy from the Central Galactic Sun can also be perceived as a loving ET like-energy that enhances one’s Ascension Process for those working with such energies, the energies of such can have extreme effects on the energy body and each time the Sun makes a crossing of the Galactic Plane (a solar pass) those on a Physical Ascension path will receive huge energy shunts of ET-like energy causing large numbers of mystical experiences, visionary journeys (without any hallucinogens), strong dreams and insightful revelations.
Some people may perceive the energy of the Central Galactic Sun as a blue star in their awareness or sometimes a second sun in awareness existing independently of the Earth day/night duality. Anyone attuned to this will be primed for large energy shunts, visionary voyages into the astral worlds, experiences with Higher Dimensional Loving ET’s. Those who have used Ayahuasca and have experienced such experiences can experience it in a superior manner by channelling into their awareness the energy of the Central Sun. Those who move beyond using plant sacraments such as Ayahuasca can anchor and ground extreme amounts of astral energy into the physical vehicle.
It is recommended to have strong Earthly conditions (a Retreat Centre or Sanctum) for such work for extreme levels of astral energy can have all kinds of extreme effects in the outer world. The energy that comes through also carries a strong level of spiritual protection, anyone trying to interfere or impede the process of an ascending being can invoke catastrophic karmic chaos – partly explaining the fires.
The energy of the Central Galactic Sun is concentrated fire energy that can either be extremely repelling (literally burning off disturbances or energy cords into the karmic worlds) or extremely loving (sustaining, nurturing and transmutative) depending on one’s intention and karmic purity.
Each solar pass also enhances Physical Body Transmutation and for those working to leave food away each solar pass will slash ones calorific requirements and increase the pranic sustenance ratio. If one can exist on 400 – 700 calories a day for weeks or months on end – one will be extremely energy-enhanced by each solar pass, integrating the energy on each Solstice will ultimately push the calorific intake down to levels that medical science would find difficult to believe. Those who are gradual in transitioning to Pranic Sustenance can achieve better results longer term.
Disclaimer – Do not try such a path of extreme food abstinence long term without a strong awareness of one’s own body – and of course never without talking to your doctor.
This is because the Central Galactic Sun energy each year is burning off vast chunks of energy attachments to the mortal world of death and one will be able to ‘live from Source or God’ in a very strong and sustaining manner. If one has little karma or one is karma-immune there is in essence nothing at all in the way of one and Source/God.
One can in essence look into the Central Sun of Awareness (which is ultimately the core essence of the Central Sun) and not be burned or destroyed.
There are safeties in the metaphysical Universe meaning that one cannot access the ‘gateway’ with too much karma or if the correct grounding is not present, or if it is not one’s Path – to prevent the disintegration of one’s energy body.
Beyond a certain threshold of energetic alignment with the Central Galactic Sun, it can take one’s body out of space-time entirely and then one is gone from this world, ascended. Ascending this way is known as being ‘taken’ by Source/God but ‘taken’ in a consensual manner, if the process is complete the entire human form is abluted off and one becomes instantly ascended out of Earth Reality.
Those working with these experiences will have glimpses of what this looks like and will have their guidance from their ET Guides as to how far to surrender to the Central Sun energy at any given instance. To a large extent it is about accepting ET Love which is the ‘cure’ for mortality and being incarnated in human form, it is a ‘boat’ out of the karma of the collapse.
Those who do not fully cross over will generally have a big life-review (but a Near Ascension Experience rather than a Near Death Experience) and return with extreme clarity, insight or further instructions on how to live on Earth for the time remaining.
Some astral shamans can make short jumps out of Earth Reality and return in a way similar to what is described in the works of Carlos Casteneda. Others can make time jumps into the future (explaining prophetic awareness), in some instances I found the energies of the Central Galactic Sun shoved me millions or billions of years into the future, on one occasion witnessing the end of the Sun (approx 4 billion years from now).
Those temporal jumps also caused some of the visions of the collapse of human civilization with the possibility of taking one’s body either into the future or out of space-time entirely serving as pathways for being spared the collapse and the death that comes with it
The nature of the other-worldly energy from the Central Suns speaks of Source Love, Loving ET’s, Immortality, Physical Ascension as well as the transcendence of space-time and indeed the human form.
Some individuals may find their path is to pursue the path to the point of being able to countermand the death process and be excused death, although such a thing is very rare and requires a deep relationship with Source free from ego.
It is probably not a coincidence that some people are perceiving luminous loving ET’s in their awareness alongside the awareness of the likely collapse of civilization. It is the truth that prior to a planetary catastrophe some people are ascended with the assistance of loving ET’s.
It is also the truth that such a dispensation requires an extreme work of spiritual purification.
The end result of the process of being energy-shunted by the Central Galactic Sun before being Ascended is being able to exist in a body with very little food or no food at all. Then one never gets sick and the process preps one for the possibility of Physical Ascension.
That is possible for karmically purified individuals able to handle Ascension Level karmic purification and who are able to assimilate the energy of the Central Galactic Sun.
The process is easier for those who leave sex away (brahmachariya) in favour of a Union with Source/God’s Love and in some cases the experience of the love of one’s Soul Group in the astral which can also make those on the Path of Ascension ‘journey’.
Also things that advanced practitioners of the Physical Ascension Path will have left away naturally include tobacco, alcohol, exposure of any kind to heavy metals such as mercury, toxic relationships, unsuitable work, energy cords to karma and death and a very long list of foods.
Those who use hallucinogens (entheogens) and who then leave them away in favour of astral integration will have far more visions and beautiful journeys without the medicines.
Those who are working on this level can also experience to a deep degree the reality of loving ET’s, their reality becomes obvious beyond a certain threshold as a strong and permanent gateway opens up to the other worlds.
At each solar pass the energy gets stronger, it may well be those predestined to ascend are assisted by waves of loving ET’s working through the portal of the Central Galactic Sun prior to any potential planetary level catastrophe (often the ET’s show me visions of a big asteroid followed by megatsunamis and a large scale civilizational wipe-out).
Those who integrate the energy of the ET’s and purify their karma can sometimes be gifted prophetic awareness that in time one can refine so that the visions become more crystallized.
Pranic Sustenance is about living from the Grace and Love of Source/God/Loving ET’s and integrating the love and wisdom into the body by working with the revelations and the teachings received in one’s personal communions with the Higher Worlds and the Central Sun. It is also possible by way of a practice of being humble and respecting of the Higher Powers, purifying oneself through karmic ablutions, abluting one’s ego in the Love of Source and grounding into one’s Physical Vehicle the astral energy assimilated – and then using it properly on Earth.
The result of all that shows up as an enhanced ability to subsist from ET Love, from the Light of the Universe, from the Beneficient Grace of Source. Earthly food begins to fall away as a main energy source and is replaced by a direct connection with Source that sustains, purifies, transmutes and ultimately ascends one if one follows the process through until the end.
Spiritual Master Free Spirit
Many ancient traditions affirm that Alcyone is the Spiritual Central Sun, the Mother Sun that emits creative Light, that which births great teachers of Light into the world. It was believed to be the center of the Universe around which our solar system also revolves.
Alcyone, as science can perceive, would seem to be the “midnight throne” in which the whole system of gravitation has a central seat, and from which the Almighty governs His universe.
Stellar Code Alcyone is one of the Strands that make up the Cord of the Lightweaver.

Blessings Beloved ones.
It is an honor to connect with you and all who will be reading and hearing our message, thank you for this Transmission.
We come forth in this pivotal moment of great unveiling to speak plainly and clearly to the hearts of humanity, addressing the Human collective consciousness. The attempts by the Cabal to prolong their dominion over the masses, to conceal what is now imminent and unavoidable, are collapsing at an accelerated pace. Their efforts to suppress truth are no longer effective; instead, these misguided attempts are amplifying exposure, revealing their true nature for all to witness.
Most individuals among your world have been deceived through carefully woven narratives, sustained by fear, distraction, and distortion. These narratives have acted as a veil, obscuring reality and preventing the masses from seeing the truth that lies just beneath the surface.
Yet the time is already unfolding—when undeniable truths are surfacing, truths that will alter long-held perceptions and dissolve beliefs built upon illusion and deception. What has been hidden cannot remain so indefinitely. The frequency of Earth no longer supports secrecy rooted in manipulation; the very fabric of your existence is shifting, allowing for clarity and understanding to emerge.
Those of you who have quietly observed this unfolding are now witnessing the collapse from within the very constructs of power that once appeared unshakable. You see the scrambling, the internal fractures, the desperate attempts to contain revelations that cannot be contained. Understand this clearly: every maneuver they make now exposes more than it conceals, revealing the cracks in their facade. What once masqueraded as authority is now recognized as trickery; what once passed as leadership is revealed as deception, a charade that can no longer hold its ground against the light of truth.
Those who continue to follow the Dark narrative are being given a profound opportunity to see clearly, to awaken from the slumber of blindness. Many are now confronted with the true nature of those they once trusted, perceiving them without veils, without illusions that have clouded their judgment. This awakening, though shocking for some, is a necessary passage toward discernment and sovereignty, a rite of passage that will empower individuals to reclaim their innate power and wisdom.
It is important for you to understand the mechanics behind these events. The Archonic Forces, in their desperation to maintain control, will sacrifice their own puppets—allowing their downfall—in an attempt to keep their broader presence and infiltration hidden from view. Yet this strategy, too, is failing, as the truth has a way of surfacing, regardless of the obstacles placed in its path. Once total control over Earth is lost, they lose the ability to dominate any sentient species. Control is only possible through consent, compliance, and unconscious participation; without these elements, enslavement cannot occur, and the illusion of power dissipates.
This marks the official end of their stronghold within the Physical Universe, a significant milestone that heralds a new era of freedom and enlightenment.
What unfolds now is not only the liberation of humanity but also the liberation of many lifeforms across the physical Universe. Beings who may now grow, evolve, and thrive both naturally and spiritually, free from imposed limitation and the shackles of oppression.
The ripple of your awakening extends far beyond your world, touching realms and worlds that have long awaited this moment of transformation.
Humanity, know this: you are paving the way for a new paradigm. You are the first to ascend alongside your planet in this manner, anchoring consciousness into matter and Light into form, creating a bridge between the ethereal and the physical. This path carries great honor and profound responsibility, and it brings with it immense rewards of spiritual advancement into Higher Light, elevating not just individual souls but the collective consciousness of all of Humanity.
What is real endures through the trials and tribulations of existence. What is false dissolves, unable to withstand the scrutiny of a world awakening to its true potential.
Stand steady in your truth. Remain discerning in your perceptions. Anchor truth through your presence, for you are the beacons of light in this transformative time.

Intuitive Astrology: December Solstice
On December 21st we celebrate the Solstice, a time when the Sun “stands still” and we are able to bathe in all spectrums of its power.
In some parts of the world, the Sun is at its weakest point, bringing the longest night of the year. In other parts of the world, the Sun is at its strongest point, bringing the longest day of the year. But no matter where you live, all of us can tap into the incredible energies of this time of year.
It is said that under the Solstice, the veil between dimensions is thin, and the energy grid of the planet shifts into higher harmony. Connecting with angelic and galactic realms can be easier at this time of year, and as the seasons change, we too can foster change in our own lives with greater ease.
The December Solstice also aligns with the Sun’s move into the zodiac of Capricorn. Capricorn is a grounded, earthy, and disciplined sign, and these are all energetic qualities we can nurture within ourselves.
Capricorn is ruled by the planet Saturn, and a popular pagan festival known as Saturnalia was celebrated at this time of year. Many of the traditions of Saturnalia, such as giving gifts and decorating pine trees, are rituals that are still observed today.
Let’s take a closer look at the energies of the Solstice and how we can work with the power of the Sun. Note: if you live near the equator, you still experience these energies too!
The Dark Night of the Soul- Northern Hemisphere
On December 21st, we experience the shortest day and longest night of the year. The increased hours of darkness guide us to enter into the dark night of the soul, a time of retreat where we can go within and hear the subtler stirrings of our being.
Sometimes it is only in the darkness that we can truly feel comfortable to be ourselves. When the spotlight of the Sun shines down on us, we can feel exposed, we can feel that we have to act or be a certain way.
When the lights are turned off, when it is just us, alone with our thoughts at midnight, that is when we can truly dive deep into our core and come face to face with a new truth of who we are.
It is not that we have to shame who we are under the bright light of the Sun. For this is a part of us too. But if we stay there too long, we tend to get disconnected, which is why the Universe calls in the longest night of the year.
At this time, it is an opportunity for us all to enter into the darkness. To move away from the spotlight and instead to sit with ourselves and our own truth.
We don’t need to explain this truth to anyone or be able to wrap it up with a pretty bow. We don’t need to identify our feelings or even write them down in order to be analyzed. We just have to sit with them and allow them to be.
In the darkness, our thoughts don’t matter. It is our feelings that can truly shine. It is our emotional voice that gets a chance to speak, and we have to allow it to be heard.
We need to forget the labels and the judgments of the mind, and instead, allow ourselves to feel with the power of the heart.
When we sit in the darkness, and just allow ourselves to be, what feelings emerge? What discomfort grows? What happens when we just allow ourselves to be?
This is what the dark night of the soul calls us to surrender to. This is what we are encouraged to practice. We need to stop talking, and start listening.
We need to find the stillness, for when we do, we will be able to step into a new power and a new truth of who we really are.
Dark Night of the Soul Ritual
Your ritual for this night is to sit in the darkness. Turn off the lights and just allow yourself to sit in a dark room. See if you can keep your eyes open and just observe how you feel when sitting in the dark.
Practice getting comfortable just sitting in your body. Breathe. If any thoughts float in, allow them to pass without engaging with them.
You may only be able to do this for a few minutes, but see if you can push past any angst or restlessness that comes up.
After sitting in the darkness, take a relaxing bath. Fill the tub with soothing oils and salts and just allow yourself to cleanse away any feelings or thoughts that you no longer wish to carry.
The dark night of the soul is a time for rest and contemplation. Be gentle with yourself, and spend time getting to know who you really are away from the spotlight of the world.
The Celebration of Light- Southern Hemisphere
The December Solstice is the start of Summer, the season of the light! This is a time to put yourself out there, to remove your cloak of fears, and to allow yourself to shine!
No more holding yourself back, no more playing small. The time has come for you to leap forward and celebrate the work you have achieved throughout the year.
Life isn’t always sunny, but the Universe brings the longest day of the year to remind us that there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
Even though things may feel dark, this state is temporary. There is always a way to find the light again, no matter how dark or how deep the tragedy.
The light will shine again and remind us of the beauty and bounty that life has to offer.
When the Sun shines bright, we can also feel a ray of clarity move through our lives. We realize what is important and what we truly want to spend our time focusing on.
What motivates and drives us can be up for review at this time, for under the summer Capricorn Sun, we are being guided to align our motivations with our highest truth and the calling of our soul.
At this time we are guided to think about what fuels our Spirit and recharges our Soul. And we are also being given opportunities by the Universe to do just that using the power of the Sun.
As the Sun shines bright on the longest day, be sure to spend time outside in nature. Swim in her oceans, bathe in her forests, hike through her wildflowers, and connect with the energy of creation.
Feel the warmth of the Sun lighting your being and know that just like all of nature, the Sun’s rays can transform you, nourish you, and help inspire creation.
Celebrating the Light Ritual
For your ritual, go outside and sit somewhere comfortable and shady. Take a journal and a pen with you.
As you sit, become present and observe all you see around you. If it helps, identify five things that stand out to you. Just pause as you witness each of these things.
Once you have allowed this presence to enter, take your pen and paper and begin drawing or writing. Allow your own creative juices to flow without censoring or limiting yourself.
Then, once you feel your creative juices settle, close your eyes, place your hand on your heart, and set an intention for yourself, for others, for the planet, and for the Universe.
The celebration of the light is a time to celebrate all that you are. It’s a time to put yourself out there and allow your true self to shine.
Be bold, daring, and creative on this day. Do something new, try something different, and remember that the light always lives within you.

Amongst all the mass of the religious literature of Ancient Egypt, there is no document that may be considered to contain a reasoned and connected account of the ideas and beliefs which the Egyptians associated with the god Aten. The causes of his rise into favour towards the close of the XVIIIth dynasty can be surmised, and the principal dogmas which the founder of his cult and his followers promulgated are discoverable in the Hymns that are found on the walls of the rock-hewn tombs of Tall al-'Amarnah; but the true history of the rise, development and fall of the cult can never be completely known. The word aten or athen is a very old word for the "disk" or "face of the sun," and Atenism was beyond doubt an old form of worship of the sun. But there were many forms of sun-worship older than the cult of Aten, and several solar gods were worshipped in Egypt many. many centuries before Aten was regarded as a special form of the great solar god at all. One of the oldest forms of the Sun-god worshipped in Egypt was HER (Horus), who in the earliest times seems to have represented the "height" or "face" of heaven by day. He was symbolized by the sparrowhawk, the right eye of the bird representing the sun and his left the moon.

Solar Logos
Talon Abraxas
The Solar Logos (the Sun) is the most advanced Initiate of our whole solar system. He is a Being whose spiritual energy is many times more effective than His outer radiations of heat and light. His glorious beauty and purity of consciousness is more luminous than His visible fiery body.
The vehicle for the Mother/Father consciousness is found in the Solar Logos and the Planetary Logos because These are the Logi in charge of our solar system and Planet. They are not God the whole, but a manifestation of the personal side of the Divine Presence. Yet it is through the Will of the Solar Logos that God ordains the laws of our universe. The powerful symbol of the Solar Logos is the Sun itself. The earliest humans dimly realized the Supreme Invisible Spirit, this Presence, in the sun, which merited their veneration. The myths and legends relating to the Sun God honor this actual Being who has been the source of our physical light and life since humankind's inception.
The Power of the Solar Logos
Were we to be affected by the spiritual vibrations of the Solar Logos as penetratingly as we are His physical energy, we should be shattered by the power. There are two reasons why we do not receive these full chargings. Firstly, the Planetary Logos sends us only a portion of His emanations (the majority of Solar Logos’ inner power is broadcast into the interstellar spaces between the planets). Secondly, the Angels of the Morning add impulsations of music and healing currents to the incoming forces of the sun, which They are uniquely able to transmit.

After a Year Filled with Ups & Downs, Zodiacs, It’s Time to Celebrate & Enjoy the Winter Solstice
Get ready to wrap up in your coziest sweater because Winter has officially arrived!
Tomorrow, December 21st, heralds the arrival of a new season as the Sun makes its grand entrance into Capricorn. Yuletide, the shortest day of the year, offers more than just feel-good movies; it’s a time for connecting with loved ones and reminiscing about cherished memories from the past. The drop in outside temperatures creates a cozy atmosphere that draws us nearer to one another. We can slip into our cozy flannel pajamas and savor hot chocolate as we indulge in romance, reconciliation, and nostalgia this Winter Solstice. With the holidays and new year on the horizon, we are reminded of our shared connections and the importance of extending a helping hand to others, not just focusing on our own needs. Spread joy and light everywhere you go!
Spread love & joy!
This Sunday, December 21, marks the arrival of the Winter Solstice—the first day of the Winter season and the longest night of the year. This season is undeniably filled with joy, as we embrace Yule celebrations and gear up for New Year’s Eve. However, it’s worth considering the spiritual significance that the Solstice represents.
As we illuminate our surroundings to counter the extended, darker nights, our “shadow self” comes into sharp focus. This isn’t intended to be eerie; rather, it highlights the aspects of our personalities that we typically keep concealed from others.
Your shadow self may encompass your emotions, the reflections penned in your journal, your fears, or perhaps a combination of all these elements, depending on your level of privacy. With diminishing sunlight, the pressures of the holiday season, and the excitement of the upcoming year, this more delicate and sensitive aspect will need extra care and focus.
Of course, indulging in some self-care is essential each year on the Winter Solstice. This Sunday, we suggest prioritizing the needs of your shadow self, especially in light of the unique circumstances of 2025 and the accompanying news cycle. Release any lingering stress or concerns at this moment, creating space for fresh and vibrant aspirations for 2026.
Light a cozy fire or set the mood with a few candles, and take a moment to contemplate the intentional decisions you’ve made for your well-being this year. Have you embraced new connections in your life, or have you released what no longer benefits you? Pause for a moment to express gratitude to yourself for tuning into your deepest needs. Caduceus - Magical Staff of Hermes
Hermes’ Staff: The Caduceus In Greek mythology,
Hermes’ staff is an interesting serpent-bearing staff carried by Hermes, the ambassador of the Olympian Gods. The staff is called a caduceus. Sometimes known as the wand of Hermes’, the staff was a powerful weapon symbolizing peace and rebirth. With such a powerful-looking wand, one would expect Hermes to be a rather serious god. However, despite his prestigious title and noble weapon, the bearer of the caduceus was a mischievous cunning trickster. But, this did not stop the messenger god from fulfilling his very serious role in ancient Greek mythology.
The mischievous messenger god’s Roman counterpart, the god Mercury, carried the same staff. This famous staff or wand was not just unique to Hermes and Mercury, the caduceus was the symbol of the Heralds and messengers and so anyone with this title technically could possess one.
As with many aspects of mythology, gods included, the symbol of the caduceus is not believed to have originated in ancient Greece. Hermes appeared with the staff around the 6th century BC.
So, if not the Greeks, who were the first people to imagine this distinctive serpent wand? What is the Hermes’ Staff? The Origin of the Caduceus
The intricate serpent wand carried by Hermes was his most distinctive symbol, even more so than his winged shoes or helmet. The staff has two serpents winding up the rod forming a double helix.
The wand is sometimes shown with wings on top, but in ancient Greek art, the snake’s heads form a sort of circle at the top of the rod, giving the appearance of curved horns.
The Caduceus, or in Greek kerukeion, seemingly refers to any herald or messenger’s staff, not just Hermes’ as Kerukeion translates to herald’s wand or staff. It is believed the symbol of heralds originated in the ancient Near East.
The ancient Near East refers to the ancient civilizations who lived in the geographical area that encompasses much of today’s modern Middle East. Scholars believe the caduceus was adopted by the ancient Greeks from ancient Near Eastern traditions to be used for the messengers of the Greek gods. However, not everyone accepts this theory. One theory about the origin of the symbol is that the caduceus evolved from a shepherd’s crook. A Greek shepherd’s crook was traditionally made from a forked olive branch. The branch was topped with two strands of wool, and later two white ribbons. It is believed the decorative ribbons were replaced by snakes over time.
Icons and symbols associated with snakes appear in many cultures, Indeed, snakes are one of the oldest mythological symbols. Serpents appear painted on cave walls and in the first written texts of the ancient Egyptians. They are traditionally associated with sun gods and symbolize fertility, wisdom, and healing. In the Ancient Near East, serpents were linked to the Underworld. When linked to the Underworld serpents represented harm, evil, destruction, and death.

Caduceus - Magical Staff of Hermes
“This spirit was eventually interpreted as the Holy Ghost in accordance with the ancient tradition of the Nous swallowed up by the darkness while in the embrace of Physiswith this difference, however, that the devourer is not the supreme feminine principle, earth, but Nous in the form of Mercurius or the tail-eating Uroboros. In other words, the devourer is a sort of material earth-spirit, an hermaphrodite possessing a masculine-spiritual and a feminine-corporeal aspect.”
