Transactions can't fail on Talos. A transaction can only be canceled if buyer doesn't make payment. As long as payment is made by buyer, Trades are automatically fulfilled. And if the buyer sends less or more than the amount stated, it is reversed to them.

If by network issues, you mean Banks network, that part is out of our control. And that only happens on rare occasions. Also, There can't be network issues from sellers end because the assets are automatically deducted from their wallet. They don't have to Release assets

There is no need to identify trusted agents because our system literally makes Scams or fraud impossible. A buyer can't hold down someone's assets or do a fake alert because if we don't confirm payment has been made, you don't get your assets. Also, Talos has competitive rates.
