@MrsGoonet1 @NYSLabor I wasn’t in pending status. I previously had a partial claim but spoke with someone last Monday and I’ve been receiving benefits. I just didn’t receive backpay for all the time I was waiting since I couldn’t claim weekly benefits until I spoke with a representative.
