Messages from the network openly advertise “heavy cash,” targeting people with Scotiabank, CIBC, and TD accounts, and specifically seek out people who failed to file their 2025 CRA return.

They’re arranging 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 $𝟮𝟱𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬, taking a cut of the money, and then helping those same people leave Canada.

When they say “whether you choose to leave or stay,” they’re talking about leaving Canada and 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗺𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀.
