And this was AFTER he had sued and reached a settlement with the NFL. And they STILL granted him that opportunity.

At the very last minute he changes the location of the workout to a new destination. And shows up to the workout wearing a Kunta Kinte shirt.

Where do I even begin with this performative ass nigga, man.

First of all, the play is clear as day, his rollout plan for this book was using Jay-Z’s name and the Target boycott for promotion.

This is no different than a month or so ago when Nessa and Funk Flex used Jay-Z’s name for promo in order to sell Summer Jam tickets.

Notice how they haven’t said a word as to where you can purchase his book, but we all know where you WON’T be finding it. That’s no coincidence. That’s by design.

He had THIS book available for preorder at Target for months, along with all his other books. He just NOW took them off the Target shelves and a press release came along with it.

Why were his books being sold at Target in the first place? The boycott has been going on for a couple years now.

And for those making excuses for him saying that he has no control of where his books are sold. That’s bullshit. He has his own publishing company [Kaepernick Publishing] and he somehow had the power to have the books removed, but why NOW?!

This is performative at best, and at worst it’s him using a real protest in which people have made sacrifices and he’s profiting from it. It’s disgusting. And it’s no different than what he’s accusing Jay-Z of doing for partnering with the NFL.

The same NFL he calls racist is the same NFL that he was begging to get back into after they allegedly blackballed him.

Jay partnered with the NFL AFTER Kaepernick had settled with them.

Jay still helped facilitate a workout to help Kaepernick get back in the league, and Kaep changed the location of the workout at the very last minute without notifying the team representatives — undermining no one but himself.

If the NFL is so evil and they did him so wrong, and he’s a man of such high integrity, why does he want to be a part of that league so bad?

And why would it be ok for him to play in the league, but not ok for Jay to work with them?

Is it about Kaepernick, or is it about doing the work?

Which he said nothing about, btw. Jay/Roc Nation have done incredible community work with the NFL, but Kaepernick doesn’t care about that. I wonder why.

What Jay-Z said in that freestyle is exactly what happened. Kaepernick took a check in return for his silence.

Kaepernick of all people is in no position to say anyone has a “guilty conscience.” Having a guilty conscience is removing your books from Target AFTER profiting for years. And making it the main headline of your rollout tour.

Last time that I checked, despite all the criticism, Jay-Z hasn’t removed shit from Target, because SELECTIVE outrage from social media activists doesn’t dictate how he moves.

You MFs can cry and write think pieces all day about Jay, but you’re never gonna shame him into anything. He has stood firmly on who he is and what he’s about from day one. You don’t have to like or support him. But you’re also not gonna dictate what he does.

Kaepernick took a knee as a way to protest police brutality in America. That was commendable. People supported and stood by him. Jay-Z being one of them. But taking that stance came with repercussions and he lost his job. But him losing his job became the issue and not police brutality.

Him losing his NFL career has been the biggest blessing he could’ve ever asked for. He has profited from being “blackballed” far more than he would have had he continued playing.

Just move on with your life, do the work, and stop playing the victim role.

#JayZ Alleged Paternity Matter: Jay-Z Wins in Bankruptcy Court.

The Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition filed by Dr. Coley has been dismissed. The stranger who has been suing Jay-Z for years loses again.

The judge granted Jay-Z's motion to dismiss. The judge's opinion was well-reasoned and supported by applicable laws. However, you can expect Dr. Coley to file a ridiculous motion for reconsideration, a ridiculous appeal and to make social media content because that's her pattern.

By way of background, what got Dr. Coley in trouble in the 1st place was that she continued to file nonsensical legal actions against Jay-Z in NJ state courts. Jay-Z won in NJ and was awarded attorney's fees. The awards were reduced to judgments and Jay-Z's lawyers wanted to collect on the judgment. They placed liens on Dr. Coley's house. She sold the house, perhaps, thinking she would collect her money and leave them hanging. Nope. Doesn't work that way. Because of the liens, the proceeds of the sale were placed in an escrow account. About $25,000 was taken from that account and was used to pay the lawyers. Ouch! She has been fighting for that money since and has been.

Instead of learning her lesson from losing $25,000, Dr. Coley filed a complaint against Jay-Z in California. She lost, and a judgment was entered against her in the amount of $120,000. Ouch again! She never learns. And Jay-Z will keep trying to collect on this judgment.

Back to the bankruptcy matter, Dr. Coley made a very interesting argument. She argued that they should not have taken the whole judgment amount ($25,000) from her alone because the judgment was entered against her, Mr. Rymir and Ms. Wanda Satterthwaite jointly and severally. She argued that they should've taken only 1/3 from her. Of course, she is wrong because joint and several liability allows for recovery of the entire amount from only one of the liable persons.

The interesting thing about her argument is that she was essentially throwing Rymir under the bus by saying Rymir should pay 1/3. She can actually sue Rymir to collect some of the money. While Rymir doesn't have the education level of Dr. Coley, he should be careful about going along with Dr. Coley in these cases.

Dr. Coley's main issue is the $25,000 she lost. This is not about paternity and has not been for a looong time. It seems to me that Mr. Rymir is being used in some of these cases. Is he beginning to wise up? In one case filed by Dr. Coley against the NJ courts, Rymir was listed as a plaintiff. However, after a few court proceedings, Rymir withdrew from the case. He did a similar thing in the California cases. Though Coley and Rymir filed separate cases, once things got serious, Rymir dismissed his case. That decision saved Rymir from being on the hook for $120,000. Dr. Coley alone is on the hook for that judgment.

Dr. Coley has or had an ownership interest in another property in NJ (Egg Harbor). Jay-Z's lawyers are trying to collect their judgments from the possible sale of this property. It was all fun and games when she was suing Jay-Z everywhere and making social media content. Court matters are not fun and games: Jay-Z's lawyers are relentless in trying to collect on the judgments.
