Mexican Food -- a Civilizing Influence

[Otis @TamaleTrolley]

@EdMemphisPimpin Tops is always wildly inconsistent. That is part of the fun. Jack Pirtles gravy might be proper chicken gravy or it might be a flour casserole. This is Memphis. (Kool-aid really grown man?)

[Otis @TamaleTrolley]

@Coachwkr Thanks--we're not accepting any more events for 2016. You might get in touch with Memphis Food Truck Association.

[DixonGallery&Gardens @DixonGG]

.@TamaleTrolley & @CentralBBQ will be at Dixon tomorrow for our favorite day of the week! #foodtruckfriday

[Otis @TamaleTrolley]

We're at St. Jude til 4. No Mexican food, just the frozen dessert cart today. Small batch lemon is the best bet I think.

Food trucks hate rainy days and broken generators. But my wife took over the batch freezer and she is making amazing coffee ice cream...

[Otis @TamaleTrolley]

Sorry Harbor Town, we're having generator trouble and can't vend. We'll be there next Tuesday though, and weekly thereafter.
