I have listened to @Suddenlink recording for over 9 hours this week. That’s how many phone calls I’ve made and how long I’m on hold per call. They say they value me as a customer but that’s a lie. When you value customers, you provide service they pay for and don’t lie to them.

@Suddenlink is the absolute worst. They’ve been telling me for DAYS that someone will be at my house within the hour to fix our internet and yet no one ever shows up. As soon as @TachusFiber comes to Kingwood I am switching!

@JonAcuff I accidentally turned them on at the start of quarantine. My kids were busy and couldn’t be found to help me. Now I won’t let anyone turn them off. Did you knows the opening music to @parksandrecnbc is triumphant music? I didn’t have a name for that style of music before.
