@rocker_jdb@given2tweet Yeah, Iβm not pretending I can figure out all the possibilities behind the scenes so have put on a modest dose of Jan $65/70βs for what looks like a high probability 40%+ IRR π€·ββοΈ
@given2tweet Hard to believe $BHF was at $66 post the buyout announcement and now down to $61. With the Jan $65 calls, an over 30% IRR assuming 2026 close. Does this wide an arb spread make sense given the risks?
@given2tweet Legend Status! Adding my 'Thanks' for continuing to post your thoughts and insights transparently into the ether. Re-upping both $BHF and $FWRD despite all the baggage of the last few months, and then being right... you're a King!
@SajKarsan I also like how despite having Israel risk, there are no manufacturing facilities, so in a worst case scenario they can move operations to one of their regional offices.
@SajKarsan As with all these kinds of names, it is really hard to 'know' if their position in the market is sustainable. However, the rate at which they are buying back shares, and their balance sheet mean the margin of safety here is substantial.
@given2tweet This was amazing! Your twitter feed and Youtubes are pure gold and just wanted to give you some words of support from what I'm assuming is the "silent majority" of your followers. Love what you do, please keep doing it. The horrific days just make the wins taste sweeter!
@given2tweet The "break" value has deteriorated so much. Business collapsing, and balance sheet worse. Basically worst case scenario for all involved. Truly remarkable that I've steered clear so far! π
@Biohazard3737 Brutal. Which jurisdiction are you in? Withholding tax has always been a pain for me, but withholding on proceeds is a new, even more painful twist!
@Biohazard3737 Had same realization today with $DCP in a Canadian account. I'm trying to figure out whether a US tax filing can get a refund of that withholding based on your actual capital gains liability??
@given2tweet Long time follower also running my own money, who is a read-only Twitter user. Love your mix of ideas + humour + self deprecation... Was going to ask, on Risk Navigator what calculation do you do to calculate "16% common" or to calculate delta adj amounts? Just curious. Thanks!
@deechoubey@ZinvestZ@MoneyLionIR Exactly, Dee! Just keep building and growing and the share price will catch up. The βuglyβ de-spac is an amazing opportunity for new investors.
