The Botswana Football Association and the Tunisian Football Association have reached an agreement to swap the home fixtures for their AFCON 2027 qualifiers.

Botswana were originally scheduled to host Tunisia on 28 September 2026.

However according to information from Lekidi the National Stadium is unavailable due to Botswana’s Independence celebrations and both associations agreed for the first leg to be played in Tunisia, with Tunisia taking the home advantage.

Botswana will then host Tunisia in March 2027 for the return fixture.
