In its designated function, the MBSSE published today the result of the National Primary School Examinations(NPSE 2023), with an overall best aggregate of 339 by a male student of the Murray-Deen Prep. School. A pass rate of 81.6% boys and 81.1% girls.

Subsequently, the Respondent herein, on the 4th January 1999, filed a Notice of Appeal against the ruling/order made by the High Court dated the 23rd October, 1998.

A petition was made to the High Court by Sheikh Abdulai against the Precious Marketing Company on the grounds based on the Company Act, Cap 249 of the Laws of Sierra Leone 1960.

The appellant challenged the courts’s jurisdiction in hearing such matter.
