As a producer, the new #sagaftra contract is AMAZING! I could fly talent from FL to NYC during COVID in coach. Or FL - Guatamala. Different rates for West & East coast talent. It's like Bargain Basement Actors. More for less.

I know the #sagaftra contract will pass with flying technicolors because the pretty postcards say to "vote yes" instead of to "vote".
Our voting is only around 12-22% anyway. And the entire nation loves us and is counting on us.

@ActingIncome I started producing a couple of years ago and that's why when I looked at the contract I had that Aha moment. Disney+ and Prime have sooo much $. Everything will be streaming with COVID. They should get an entertainment lawyer to negotiate.

Is there a way us #sagaftra members can see a spreadsheet of where our dues go? How much #money goes to salaries, overhead, lobbying, programs, pension, healthcare, rent, etc. We should get receipts from our union for our money. Transparency is key for any union.

@AmaNoGood @_Bethlovee @MrBlifil 1 part rubbing alcohol to 6 parts bleach. If you add in nail polish remover that's the same amount as the alcohol, the self defense potion will melt a soda can. It gets hot! Over ice in mason jar. Stay safe. Gloves and masks.

As an actor, I look at the #sagaftra contract and I'm like, "Has @OSHA_DOL & #departmentoflabor seen this?" Nothing for ADA? Vague gaslighting? Two bucks in 3 years if all goes well? Virtue signaling on glossy postcards? I showed it to my account to make sure I wasn't too crazy.

What if the police and the community got to know each other like in the old days? I you were young and were naughty, the cop would drive you to your parents house and say you tagged something or were smoking. The police and the people need to talk without politicians

You're right, it can be used in many ways. However it can also be lethal. I think it's important we start to role-play scenarios for self defense. I've even started running. Lol
