@Eurostar Is the e-voucher a VALUE or it is a train journey? Because I see available trains but they’re double the price what I paid! If I take an evoucher will I only get the value I paid?

@joeyl1597 @Eurostar You could’ve done that but now the entire train is cancelled. I got through to them and I was reissued my Rotterdam > London ticket and it would’ve been valid from Brussels

@jonjohnson3363 @Eurostar No but I got through to their call center. Will there was very helpful! But of course now this morning my ENTIRE train was cancelled! Also don’t understand why the option to change your route is not possible.

@Eurostar @Eurostar there’s no option to change the route! I would PLEASE like your assistance with changing from Rotterdam -> London to the Brussels > London. It’s my SAME ticket but my ticket was cancelled!

@Eurostar Booked on 02/07 to the UK from Rotterdam. Journey got cancelled but I’d like to have my ticket be valid from Brussels Midi!
