@StarbucksUK currently sitting in one of your cafes. Other than a packet of crisps there is nothing someone on a gluten free diet can eat. In this day and age I find that absolutely shocking. Small independent cafes manage it with out issue why can't a massive chain do it??

Appalling customer service @loveholidays . Booked as a package holiday, names changed in March - they only changed flight names - now won't do anything to help. Travelling in 2 days time. what happened to customer care and trying to help people - system says no is all you get
