6) Calling the customer care online they said it's normal it's a new model on 9/7/25 by a customer care Tamil...I asked "instead of giving oral report give my image proofs of 10- 15 models with same bump and same place...they said ok and after 10 days after i got a call .....
7) The highlight is I have raised a concern in consumers help online.theese idiots haven't inspected me and closed my docket number for which I have raised my concern regarding bump how can they close it by saying it as a scratch @IqooInd I don't know what they have guided me

4)So on reaching home ,my mom noticed a small bump..not scratch or dent on the white frame back door of my phone...so I went to service centre again and asked about the dent in my new device but not about the replacement...they said the "BUMP IS NORMAL"

He took a vd which is less than 2-3 min..I just checked the Phone which I had a dent with my current phone.i can't check nook and corner to find a defective in a flagship @IqooInd ,even my first phone unboxing vd which I sent as a proof dent got captured only on 10th minute

Are you people following replacement policy.....But u need customer to report in 48hrs but won't make a replacement as mentioned in your policy....its the entire box not just only the handset.....waste of having a dm conversation with @IqooInd see you in @consaff
Entire replacement should be done from the company side for manufacturing defects....I have paid the same price with different box..
But same price paid by other customer with no defects has the same box....
