I read this and came away with the impression of unethical behavior my management team. They were put in place by PE firm that IPO’ed them. The team misses earning estimates 3 years in a row, then buys an unrelated business “Marucci” from original PE firm at optically high price and over-leverages the company. I worry the management team is not looking out for shareholders. It is a hard pass for me.
