A second disappointing experience @BaywestmallPE with @sterkinekor made worse by the terribly dismissive and rude manager of Ster Kinekor BayWest, Nathan.

8: We were not heard in our explanation as he continuously blamed loadshedding (very condescendingly) even though the end credit scene would not have been affected by loadshedding (as per the schedule).

7: Nathan @BaywestmallPE @sterkinekor could’ve easily mitigated this situation without his excuses, dismissiveness and rudeness.
Instead we got blame placed on the cleaners, no apology and no promise of rectifying it for the future.

This manager has a special way of dismissively making excuses for what clearly was not loadshedding. Only for a fellow audience member to join in on my questioning of why this was happening during the movie.

5: See below unfortunate experience.
How do you see a movie scene through a brightly lit room?
Answer: YOU DON’T.

4: This greatly toon away from what was a great movie to end on such a sour note.
Only to my surprise to see the cleaners enter the theater WHILE THE END CREDIT SCENE IS STILL ON.
@sterkinekor are you trying to rush your audience out of the cinemas?!

3: the problem occurred when towards the end of the movie (13:42-13:45) whilst we were watching & waiting for both end-credit scenes, the lights in the @IMAX theatre started inconsistently (being put?) on and off. This was terrible to watch the end credit scenes through.

2: during which BayWest Mall experienced loadshedding during the hours of 12:00-14:00. The lights in the cinema came on around 12 (allowing the generators to kick in - totally understandable) and promptly went off.

@rocomamas @BaywestmallPE I really appreciate you getting back to me. I’m hoping that together we can rectify this and hopefully no one has to experience this disappointment again.

RocoMamas at @BaywestmallPE is a disappointment for anyone wanting Nutella & BANANA waffles. 10/10 don’t recommend.
Below you will see my measly 3 slices of bananas that apparently constitute this as a banana waffle. Only to be told that this is the recipe

One full banana per full sized waffle portion. That’s the solution here. OR offer it as a “Nutella” waffle only. 3 slices (or 6) does NOT constitute Nutella & Banana.

Also: when I brought it up with the manager she said with the full size portion of waffle- there’s supposed to be SIX slices. Not just three.

@fokmahn @_Sandisile_ @BeverleyMorgan @Smaangele If you are a dog owner of an unsterilized dog- And your dog has babies. You’re breeding them. Easiest and most humane solution is to do the responsible thing and get your dog sterilized. Most rescue organizations offer special rates (sometimes no cost) for sterilization.
