@AmazonHelp Ask them to contect me via mail on urgent basis. Because they didn't reply me on time . It takes 48 hrs to get back reply. Horrible experience

@AmazonHelp Everyone failed to give solution. I'm unable to use my shopping voucher amount because you people have blocked my account. Now refund my voucher amount or unblock my Amazon account ASAP. Facing this issue since 2 months

want to buy things but you blocked my account, cancelling orders, what about my shopping voucher which I'm not able to use, bought prime subscription to get better support which you failed to provide

After repeatedly raising complaints with Amazon Customer Care and emailing your senior support team multiple times without any resolution, I have now been forced to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).

Please resolve this issue immediately by restoring my account's ordering ability. If you cannot provide the service, cancel my Prime Membership, refund the Prime fee, and refund my Amazon Shopping Voucher to the original payment source. #ConsumerRights

I purchased an Amazon Shopping Voucher worth ₹3,811 from Pine Labs and redeemed it to my Amazon account. Since then, every product order has been cancelled before shipment without any valid explanation.
