THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Real-terms pay in the NHS has been BRUTALLY cut, the whole of the economy, not so much.

The NHS is broken. The NHS *is* its staff. We need to #FixPay to fix #Retention. #PayRestoration is not "unreasonable", 👇is unreasonable.
