Ordered these bellies from Myntra under the brand Sneakers Villa.

When arrived, I noticed something odd: the pair has two different brand tags/labels inside — one says Sneakers Villa, while the other appears to carry a different brand name. (See comments)

So what exactly are customers paying for when a seemingly identical product is being sold under different brands and prices?
Is this a legitimate private-label/OEM model, or are customers simply being charged different prices for same product depending on the brand? (Contd)

I called Myntra customer care to ask why. I was told that both labels belong to the same company.

But then I started looking at same product on Myntra and found what appears to be the exact same pair being sold under multiple different brand names, some at lower prices. (Contd)

@SwiggyCares I just want to know how is this possible that the amount of refund in source account is different than the amount I would have gotten had I opted for a coupon? Pls refer to the screenshots.

Can someone please explain the calculation to me?
If I take coupon, I’ll get Rs 486
But refund in source account, I’ll get Rs 427.
