We chant “Developed India 2047” —
But break its very own builders every year.
Two exams. Two realities.
GATE 2025 (by IIT Roorkee)
✅ 9.36 lakh students registered
✅ 7.47 lakh appeared
✅ Conducted smoothly. On time. No leaks.
CSIR NET 2025 (by NTA)
❌ Around 2.7 lakh students every year
❌ Delayed again. “Logistics issues.”
❌ No fixed date. No accountability.
If IITs can conduct GATE for almost a million candidates with precision,
Why does NTA struggle year after year with just a fraction of that?
Let’s face it—this isn’t a one-time issue.
Since COVID, every CSIR NET has been delayed:
2020. 2021. 2023. 2024. Now again in 2025.
And each delay isn’t just a calendar glitch.
It’s a hit to someone’s future:
– Broken research timelines
– Missed PhD admissions
– Age limits crossed
– Careers disrupted
– Mental health battered
This is not just bad management.
It’s systemic neglect.
And it’s happening to the very minds we expect to build India’s scientific future.
We speak loudly of India@2047—a developed, knowledge-driven nation.
But how will we get there
if we keep failing the people who are supposed to take us there?
📣 Slogans don’t build nations.
🧠 Systems do.
📅 Timely action does.
🤝 Respect does.
India doesn’t just need smart students.
It needs a system that doesn’t fail them
