@jonmorosi@MLBNetwork 1 relief pitcher won’t fix anything and neither will one bat. 1 starting pitcher helps though. Phillies do not have a deep farm and it’s really not worth depleting it at this point. They are nowhere close to being a contender and a trade will not fix that. Just start the rebuild
@PhilsTailgate At least Bryce is speaking up. Unfortunately, the Phillies have far too many holes on the roster and far less talented prospects to trade away. Phillies are closer to blowing this all up and rebuilding than they are to becoming contenders.
@OnPattison@AntSanPhilly Wouldn’t be surprised at all if Harper requested a trade. That’s twice the organization has slighted him. Phillies are a sinking ship…
@City_Xtra@FabrizioRomano Here is how the Rodri situation will play out: City won’t accept anything less than £90-100M right now so Madrid cools off. Rodri gets surgery, doesn’t play at all through January. Madrid re-enters the picture, Rodri request transfer, Madrid gets him for £25M.
@ItsLB_City I’s rather get something for Rodri then watching him walk for free. I think more people are worried because City’s transfer window has been quiet.
@Sanchez4Cy Harper and Schwarber are pretty much the only ones worth their contracts. The Phillies not be winning anything anytime soon. Too many holes offensively, the entire bullpen is garbage apart from Duran, they only have 3 starting pitchers, and their prospect pool is about 1 deep.
@ItsLB_City Don’t think City had a plan going into the transfer window, other than Elliott. Hopefully City get it together, it’s not looking promising.
