@ZEE5India I tried cancelling my FIFA WC All Access subscription multiple times, yet you still deducted ₹799 for a renewal AFTER the World Cup ended. I never authorized this renewal. Please cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. This is unacceptable.

@Zee5India You said on 13 Sept that you had responded with ticket #7441826. It’s now been a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, my refund is still unresolved as you can see. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. Please stop stalling resolve this urgently.
