Yes but if 400k of Brits have citizenships in Spain and get the benefits of free health care and educated and the armed forces bailing you out if you're stuck in a war zone then yes those 400k Brits need to learn Spanish but they're not applying for citizenship.

US should stick to being world champion at sports which 90% of other countries don't play I.e. NFL, NBA, ice hockey and baseball.
