Took the kids’ lead today and went off script for my lesson. We had a heated debate on our hands about whether sunlight and air are matter. I made them pick sides and defend their case. Then included an impromptu balloon demo. #7thgrade @WBRSchools @PortAllenMiddle

@najouahotard1 @WBRSchools @PortAllenMiddle Aw thank you! They work SO HARD and so do you! I’m always blown away by how fast they catch on to English, but while they are learning they still offer to share in class discussions in their native language. That takes so much courage in middle school! 💚
