@18002096006 Dropped my car on 19th Sept. The service center team informed me that they will open the job card tomorrow (20thSept) as the technical team’s involvement is required. I should receive some form of acknowledgment for safe side that the car is received/dropped on the same day.

@18002096006 @anandmahindra @TeamBHPforum My 2021 Thar has a burning smell issue through AC vents, making the cabin unbearably suffocating & unsafe. Service center couldn’t replicate after 2 test drives, said it needs escalation as there is no point checking. Left the car there.
