@AmazonHelp Very disappointed. My Rossmax BP monitor was repaired but failed again.I even paid courier charges.Rossmax ignored my follow-up. Amazon gave wrong info,raised an invalid warranty ticket,promised callback (never happened),kept me on hold today, & still denied refund.
