(Once a) Judge bringing #EfficiencyAndFairness to Hays County.
Not a candidate any longer, but looking for the good ones to keep this special system going.
@chiproytx spoke in Dripping Springs last night. I asked if he would use the AG’s office to pursue cases that win headlines for him but don’t do much for Texans (such as when we have no chance of winning or don’t have standing).
He pledged “No.”
That’s important for our next AG.
@Rainmaker1973 It can't be stressed enough the generosity of the original drummer to keep holding the beat throughout for the other gentlemen to shine. That's a sign of a great musician.
@ToddPritchett_@wesvirdelltx The choice does not have to be binary: EITHER security OR landscape.
If we’re honest with each other, we can come to a resolution that serves both. I fear, however, that we’re at a point where proponents and opponents don’t believe the other side will be honest in discussions.
Texas Supreme Court @JusticeYoungTX explains that the efficient resolution of cases is critical to the public's confidence in our courts. As called for in Canon 4 of Tex. Code Jud. Conduct, he promotes a judiciary aimed at delivering for Texans. From the fine @AdvOpinions pod.
Cornyn is toast
The 14% of undecided voters won’t vote for John - he’s the incumbent. They already know who he is. They’re deciding between Paxton and Hunt.
Well deserved. James’ bruising schedule on behalf of our State shows his commitment to public service while his legal work product displays special intellect.
A Texas judge who never stops working for the public... even training at home over old 8 mm film. Judge Tanner is always prepared to give victims and defendants a timely and well-administered #JuryTrial.
#EfficientAndFair#BacklogBusting
#BREAKOUT the backlog--Judge Tanner reduces the delay for defendants and victims waiting for trial by running an #EfficientAndFair court with more trials. #BacklogBuster
Dedicated to decluttering the case backlog, Judge Tanner runs an efficient court. Alongside a great team, and with colleagues, the backlog of defendants and victims awaiting trial has dropped. That’s proven results for the people of Hays County. #EfficientAndFair #BacklogBusting
When there are backlogs, important cases wait. Judge Tanner runs an Efficient Court and handles them NOW. He has managed a Fentanyl murder case and a Fentany death trial. That is how you deal with a serious issue like Fentanyl--expeditiously. Judge Tanner is getting it done. #BacklogBusting #EfficientAndFair
