@AmericanAir After sending @AmericanAir a DM, their suggestion was to keep doing what I was already doing. There is no other industry that is able to get away with losing your personal belongings and having 0 communication on how to retrieve it. This is unreal.
(Thread) Boarded the plane from DFW to MKE yesterday at 2:50 PM, sat for 45 minutes. Had us De- Plane because they had to do maint. on the “Black box.” Flight delayed until 7:00 PM. We board the plane and sit for 45 min. waiting on pilots. Then we De-plane AGAIN.
@AmericanAir
@AmericanAir I have two weeks worth of stuff. Thousands of dollars in stuff I need for this two week trip. I need to know how you guys are going to fix it. I need my stuff at MKE by tomorrow.

@AmericanAir@AmericanAir I went up to DFW airport- an hour from my house- and was told they would call me when the bags are realeased and they created a claim. I went home- checked the tracking on the bags- now they just landed in Chicago. Every person I call- the call drops.

To reiterate: HE HAD A PAID FOR SEAT ON YOUR PLANE, & you (@united) refused to let him board bc he didn’t take the flight that would halve left him late & stranded. Please explain this logic...
@united my bro-in-law was not allowed on his flight from DEN>HDN bc he didn’t take the fist leg of his flight, which was delayed & would have caused him to miss this flight. He booked a flight with @SouthwestAir that got him there on time. What kind of asinine policy is this?!?
