@FurryVarmint @Lowes We had a good local plumber come over and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes--he even hooked up the washer the @Lowes guy just left in the middle of the garage.

We just want to be made whole for the emergency plumber we had to call.

@FurryVarmint @Lowes left my elderly vulnerable mom at home with no running water without a follow up. Their delivery man turned off our water and then figured out he couldn't remove the old hoses. Told mom to call a plumber and bailed out most cowardly. Lowe's has ignored all follow up.😡
