@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia When I was left with no other option i had to cancel the flight, then the email which I sent to indigo yesterday with all the proofs, they replied on that mail that the flight booking is cancelled and we cannot do anything.

I made a UPI payment for flight booking yesterday. It showed an error, so I booked with Air India. Hours later, IndiGo confirmed the same trip! Now I’m asked to pay ₹5K+ to cancel, even though it wasn’t my fault. Please help with a full refund.

I talked to customer care of indigo and told them everything and they told me the only thing I can do is either reschedule or cancel the flight. If flight can cancel then cancelling charges will be applied.

@IndiGo6E First your customer care told me that the only option left is either you reschedule the flight or cancel it and then 5k+ amount will be deducted Due to which I have to agree. And now you guys are mailing that now you have cancelled the flight and we can't do anything.
