Hi everyone — introducing myself here.
I'm a recent graduate looking for full-time MLE / AI Engineer roles. A bit about my achievements:
1. Kaggle: I have won 1 silver medal in a featured competition and came 6th globally in a non-featured competition
2. Leetcode: I am rated 2100+ and among top 1.5% globally on leetcode contests.
3. Open source at camel-ai: Have added MCP toolkits, documentation, few bug fixes and review PRs here.
4. Open source at Sktime: Have added convtimenet model for classification and forecasting based on Meng et al.'s research paper.
If you or your organisation are hiring for related roles, let's connect.
@yhbarve@neetcode1 Hey @neetcode1 could you also enable language selection during the challenge, just in case someone accidentally starts with the default python
@yhbarve@neetcode1 yaa you are right, i assumed that. I just used it.
On the other hand I think the compiler should show errors rather than just showing that test failed.
@tjhexa @the_chahmana That was not the case 4 years back, so someone who despite that good market had to join a low paying job might not be very skilled in the first place.
So do you think they should be really paid 16 lpa in the current market in which very skilled people can't find jobs
@vibhor376 You probably got into another company when the market was good before 2024, and then switched. But in the current market it doesn't help specially for freshers.
@vibhor376 For others who have experience they just need a good company to get shortlisted for an interview. Thus they need dsa.
So Dsa is for privileged people and it should be promoted as such.
@vibhor376 I became a guardian 2 years ago and it didn't help me.
People cheat in Oas, interviews are easy so basic level dsa is enough.
For college placement you need connection with your placement cell and high gpa to get shortlisted after OAs since a lot of people clear them by cheating.
