Now i shd definitely stop flying @airindia .. which i contunued even after so many issues due to my patriotism.. and suddenly m downgraded in loyalty as i didn't comply to 30+ flights in a year... Bad loyalty policies.. as a continued customer i shd be upgraded not downgraded.
