Arey customer service for @AJIOLife is down the drain. Been chasing them for wrong delivery for the past 1 week. Instead of helping me the representative was rude & spoke with me as if she is doing me a favour. Sorry but I am no@longer goona buy anything from you

No customer service, no escalation team, no follow up, just take customer’s money & then pretend to be blind & deaf when I try to follow up on refund status. Never buy anything from @firstcryindia

where is my money??? No one even bothers to contact customer who everyday calls you & wants update on their refund. I have self couriered, followed up but all I get is apologies & please give us more time. I am never using @firstcryindia again

Be aware people! Don’t buy from @firstcryindia. They first deliver cheap clothes & then make you run pillar to post for your refund. It’s been almost 2 weeks & still have not received anything. System is never updated & customer care says please give us more time.

@firstcryindia I had self couriered the return & inspire of 3 days of it reaching the warehouse, I am still waiting for refund as they don’t have the system updated. Only response is we are sorry, we understand. Pathetic customer care

@firstcryindia is a cheat! I ordered a dress worth 2600 for my daughter’s b’day & what I got was a cheap imitation of the dress image. The color, material, finish everything was cheap. On return request I was told that I have to courier it myself as they don’t have return pickup

@firstcryindia is the most irresponsible & fraud company. After repeated attempts they have not been able to resolve my refund. The product that they display on website & the they actually deliver is vastly different. I have been following up for the past 3 days & no solution
