Over the next two years this evolves into observing and providing mentoring and counseling so that they are completely self-sustaining by the end of the three-year warranty period. #cleanwaterforall

Our staff in Tanzania spends 3 years with the village after the clean water system is operational to help educate and guide them to become self-sustaining. This includes both the day-to-day operation and management as well as organizational leadership and financial management.

As our Manager of Products and Sustainability (Ramadhan Ndahogora) states in the video, the first year is dedicated to showing and educating villagers involved in the management and oversight on what to do.
