@capybaraReborn Do you think the stock price can rise to the conversion price before December 16th? Will there be a lock-up period after the conversion?
@capybaraReborn Is it possible that the stock price is controlled by 20% of retail investors. Some of these institutional shareholders must be short selling. This is just too ridiculous. $ETHZ

Ownership list in $ETHZ SEC fillings shows 80%+ of the stock is owned by large, long term holders.
Only roughly 20% of the stock is actively retail traded. At current market cap that is $50m.
$ETHZ as of last report had $30m+ in cash for buybacks not yet utilised and was ready to sell more ETH to buyback more.
At this rate, it might just be us large shareholders left with shorts scrambling to cover.
$ETHZ The 250 million share repurchase plan is just a joke. ETHZ is the one with the biggest decline in DAT Company every day. It has dropped much more than companies that do not repurchase. The management has done nothing. Even Capy, you have been trapped
$ETHZ is set to make up to $20 million profit for shareholders on its initial share buyback, increasing NAV/share by up to 8% for everyone.
About 10k ETH were sold for $42 million at roughly 4.000/eth to fund the first purchases of shares.
$12 million were spent to buyback 600.000 shares.
If you take the remaining $30 million and buyback shares at the current 30-35% discount to NAV and lower ETH price, this translates to buying back ETH/share at roughly 2.200/eth or almost a 50% profit.
This would mean near $20 million would be distributed to shareholders' NAV/share, resulting in an increase of NAV/share of $1.3/share or roughly 8%.
It would mean NAV/share would have grown for all shareholders by over 8% in under 10 days, a performance that no other DAT comes close to even if you count all of October.
This is just the beginning of those buybacks, for as long as the stock trades below NAV, $ETHZ will be able to continue buying back shares at a discount and growing our NAV/share while we sit and wait.
Brilliant move by management positioning it to be a best in class DAT company.
@capybaraReborn There is only one reason, and that is that major institutional shareholders are constantly short selling. Retail investors simply do not have such ability damn
@capybaraReborn Who can tell me exactly who is selling the stock? It's falling even more every day than ETH and BMNR. With such a small market capitalization, this stock has been severely manipulated by institutional shareholders and no one can save it $ETHZ
