complaint regarding the significant delay of train number 12819 on its journey from Bbsr to Palasa My UTS number is XRF3E3P007, The train was scheduled to depart from Bbsr at 19.25 , but still it is not started , resulting in a 1-hour delay.

@RailMinIndia The train no 08443 is running 2hours late past month. Normally train is starting from bbsr 19.25 but now it's running 2/3 hours late always. Please look into this & fixed the time ASAP.

@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @DRMKhurdaRoad 08534 on a daily basis running 45mins late always. We are in a Pvt job we hav fixed time to reach work place and meet our customer. If such type of situation arise we feel very inconvenience. We fail to meet our clients at fixed time.
