@manas_muduli Bhubaneswar–Cuttack needs a metro now. Better connectivity will attract IT parks, GCCs and industries, boost investment and make commuting easier.

I guess BJP is playing it smart, perhaps the metro will be announced and approved just before the 2029 elections! 😄

@odiavillageman @manas_muduli Economic infrastructure must always come before administrative infrastructure. One generates state revenue, the other relies on it. Prioritizing luxury offices over productive assets is basic misallocation.

Come out of blind faith and look at fiscal priorities.
