And remember that laughter is also medicine.
When we think about courage, we may conjure up images of knights wielding swords, overcoming great physical adversities, or maybe folks famous for their courage - like Mahatma Gandi or the Dalai Lama, or Harriet Tubman. But what about smaller acts of courage that we can do!
