@robin_ganahl If the latter, I agree that carbon emission reduction is an important goal. Those oil and gas companies also agree. Fossil fuel extraction emissions have been going down, and engine efficiencies have been going up. Or did u fly in on a solar jet plane? 3/3

@QuintonLucasKC Well done. As a fiscal conservative, I hate to see government waste any of our tax dollars, but this seems like a great investment in the safety and security of the community. A 1.2% increase seems very reasonable even as just a inflationary adjustment.
