-Hold each iso contraction for 5-10 sec
-Perform 3x10 reps of each
-Do 5 days/Week
DON'T Do PushUps like THIS... Instead:
-Bring hands closer in, shoulder width.
-Wrap elbows in toward the body.
-Brace your core.
-Tighten your glutes.
This will give you a stronger push up to go into more advanced variations of the push up.
