⚠️ Wild metabolism — some patients get no relief, others get overdose-level effects.
⚡ Seizure risk — lowers the threshold even at normal doses.
🔥 Serotonin syndrome — especially dangerous with SSRIs/SNRIs.
😣 Worse withdrawals — far worse than its “weak opioid” label suggests.
🚫 Unreliable analgesia — lots of risk, very little consistent benefit.
