@RailMinIndia We are a small proprietorship firm and had taken personal loan from bank for supply of material and that was the primary reason for us to quote much below our purchase cost as interest burden was piling up and regular follow up from bank for repayment. @TaraSolar

@RailMinIndia Job regularization letter was also issued to keep records of 4 Nos. Street Light installation. We kept following for our Purchase Order and later from Sr. DEE(G) refused taking our call or meeting us. @TaraSolar

@RailMinIndia On delivery of materials we were instructed by Sr DEE(G) to install 4 Nos. of Solar Street Light at SSEE/Mecheda. Based on instructions we installed the Street Lights at the designated sites and job completion letter was also receipted. @TaraSolar

@RailMinIndia On trust that the purchase order will be handed over against delivery of materials we supplied the material in complete quantity vide our Challan No. TS/2015-2016/SER/01 Dated 02.04.2015. The materials were duly received by Sr Sec. Engineer (Elect) South @TaraSolar

@RailMinIndia This letter was also marked to SSEE/KGP to receive the materials vide requisition No. 1661515010 & 1661515011. We were reluctant to supply as no Purchase Order was recd. but regular follow-up from Sr. DEE(G) we were compelled to supply. @TaraSolar

@RailMinIndia The letter received did not mention anything about delivery, acceptance of our price quotation for which we received another letter from Sr. DEE(G) no. EL/G/STORES/ACCEPTANCE dated 26.03.2015 for immediate delivery with acceptance to our quotation. @TaraSolar
