The Premier called me earlier today to share the news that Peel restaurants and gyms will be allowed to reopen with some limitations. I’m grateful that the Province has listened to our concerns and is taking a tiered approach to the pandemic restrictions.
As contactless shopping becomes the norm, we’ve raised our tap payment limit to $250 to make paying with your TD Credit card or mobile wallet even more convenient. You should still be prepared to enter your PIN though, as some merchants have kept their limit at a lower amount.
Starting this weekend, our branches will be temporarily closed Saturdays and Sundays. We ask our customers to help curb the spread of COVID-19 and bank online anytime using EasyWeb or the TD app.
