Historical Highlight: Halley’s Comet passes every 75-76 years, & passed 3 times during Barton’s existence in Mobile. A satirical comic drawn by a Barton student in the 1910 Bartonian (Barton’s yearbook) referenced Halley’s Comet in a comedic light during the year of its passing.
