The sunshine is bringing some color to a “wild” area inside our front gate where we’ve been planting some bulbs over the last few years.

Sorting out left over seeds before placing this seasons order. Some will germinate fine in second or even third season, but usually at lower success rates. When you’re going to effort of filling trays etc, fresh seed is best! Plenty for the bird feeder!

We moved here in 2018 and in November 2019 planted some fruit trees and bushes. Mixed results as always for combination of reasons. 2015 = first year we have a great crop of plums! #yum
