We are delighted that the owner has now contacted us officially and applogiy is fully accepted bringing the matter to a close.

The dog incident has cost the Trust some £150 and although owner referred to fiscal by the police no offer of compensation has been made.

We have lost a lamb to a dog attack and another sheep was badly bitten. After vet treatment the latter is recovering.
