Home intruders COULD use knock-out gas or tech to disable their victims ... This burglar was so confidant, he entered property a second time ...
Burglar seen on video in San Bernardino apartment while residents sleep nearby: 'It was horrifying' https://t.co/dAMqil37Bp via @abc7
VIDEO RECORD THEIR VOICES!!!! Save the videos. I have thousands and thousands of videos made of the people stalking me. My only hold up right now is finding someone to bring the voices up enough for everyone to hear. https://t.co/a4XfOqEPVu
Here's How I Do It....
Make more than one copy of your video. I use a laptop, wifi disabled, and old fashioned ear buds (on a cord). Listen to sections of video. Like 1 thru 5 seconds. Back up to 1 thru 2 seconds. Do that with each clump of seconds you listen to.
@JillHam69143072 I've been recording them for over 8 years using small studio quality equipment, and state-of-the-art DAW's. I've amassed almost 10 TB of evidence, including the recordings, instrument logs, videos, and photos. We have the evidence, but our gov't refuses to act to protect us.
TI's hand write FBI, FCC and your congressman, describe what you hear in detail. How many voices, male or female or both. What are they talking about or saying? Do you hear sounds? Describe. Is it loud or quiet? Your activity when you hear the sound? Affect on body?
@blingqueendiva1@nina_benita They may be criminally protected ... What I do know is most victims don't have the stamina or resources to sue large government agencies, government-controlled non-profits (i.e., a water district), and corps that engage in these crimes w/out fear of reprisal.
@CaChesse I cant promote making weapons like theirs but there is a site called amazing1 that sells some of these weaponized devices to the public. Maybe that can be of some help to you!
