I've been a loyal @fitbit user for almost five years. Last week, the screen of my Charge 3 froze then went blank. I tried all the troubleshooting steps. The screen is still blank. The tracker works because it vibrates, records steps and syncs.

I say that I refuse to spend my money to buy a new tracker when different models of @fitbit trackers has been experiencing this issue for over a year and there still isn't a solution. Why would I buy a new one with the possibility of the same outcome?
