I am writing this to highlight a serious lack of operational ethics at Ajio (Reliance Retail).
On 12th Feb 2026, I placed an order . What arrived was an unbranded duplicate product without brand.

This is a direct case of fraud. When I raised a return, I was given a pickup date of 7th March 2026.
To add insult to injury, Ajio claims the refund will take another 5-7 "working days" after pickup. Essentially, my funds will be stuck for over 30 days because of Ajio's mistake.

Despite many complaints many news broadcasts this waste is dumped everywhere and set on fire. This fire releases very harmful gases in the air where the people of Mumbra are forced to breathe and get caught by many dangerous diseases. There's no proper Waste Disposal Management.

Who will take the responsibility if anyone loses his life due to this harmful gases. I would request Thane municipal commissioner Mr. Abhijit Bangar to take strict action against the culprits. If this is not stopped on an immediate basis we will protest against the TMC.
